Do you offer Denver airport pickup or drop-off?
No. We rent from Breckenridge only. Most guests take an airport shuttle to Breckenridge, then pick up their SUV free at 1680 Airport Rd or have it delivered to their lodging anywhere in Summit County. See Denver airport to Breckenridge: rent or shuttle? for a cost comparison.
How do I pick up the car? Do I need to meet someone?
No. Every SUV has a keypad door code. Before your rental starts we text you the code; the car is parked at our Breckenridge lot or at your delivery address with the keys inside. Unlock it, go. At the end, park it where we agreed and lock it. The whole rental is contactless and works at any hour, which is why we can be open 24/7.
Is delivery free?
Pickup at our Breckenridge location at 1680 Airport Rd is free. Delivery to your lodging is a paid add-on that includes drop-off and pickup: $60 in Breckenridge, $120 to Frisco, and $140 to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Dillon or Silverthorne (within town). Deliveries requested within 72 hours are subject to availability.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Summit County: Breckenridge (downtown, the Peak 7, 8 and 9 base areas, neighborhoods and condo complexes), Frisco, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Dillon and the Town of Silverthorne. Choose your delivery area at checkout.
What vehicles do you rent?
All-wheel-drive SUVs: 7-passenger 2015 and 2018 Ford Explorers and a 5-passenger 2016 Lincoln MKX.
Do your cars have snow tires?
Yes. Our SUVs are all-wheel drive and run snow tires in winter, which meets the Colorado Traction Law requirements when it is in effect.
How old do I have to be to rent?
You must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license. Drivers aged 21 to 24 pay an additional 15 dollars per day.
What insurance do I need?
You must be the named insured on a personal auto insurance policy that includes collision and comprehensive coverage, and you will upload your insurance binder showing your coverage amounts (an insurance card alone is not enough). Commercial insurance is not accepted, and reservations without valid coverage will be cancelled.
How many miles are included?
Each rental day includes 200 miles. Additional miles are 70 cents per mile.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Pets are welcome for 25 dollars per day.
Do you have car seats?
Yes. Rear-facing car seats, front-facing car seats and booster seats are $10 per day each. Add them when you book.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit applies. The amount is shown at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before the rental starts for a full refund minus a 4 percent processing fee. Cancellations between 72 hours and 7 days before start receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before start are not refundable.
