How long-term rental pricing works
Our daily rates start at $75 a day off-season for a 2015 Ford Explorer and $90 for a 2018 Explorer or the Lincoln MKX. For rentals of 14 days or more we quote a flat rate for the whole stay that is below the daily rate, with the delivery fee waived or folded in. The exact number depends on the season (Christmas week costs more than May), so text us your dates and we will reply with a quote the same day. Everything else on the prices page still applies: no airport fees, no fuel markup, a refundable deposit, pets $25 a day, car seats $10 a day.

How many miles are included on a long-term rental?
200 miles per day, added up over the whole rental. A 30-day rental includes 6,000 miles, enough for daily trips to Keystone or Copper and a couple of Denver runs. Extra miles are $0.70 each.
Can I swap the car during a long rental?
If a maintenance interval comes up during your stay we handle it, usually by swapping you into another SUV from the fleet at your door.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You must be the named insured on a personal auto policy with collision and comprehensive coverage and upload a binder showing the coverage amounts. We do not sell insurance and do not accept commercial policies.
